I’ve found many interesting gems from Shanker’s interviews, and on several occasions I was able to use references and points from the podcast to address challenges to company policies or questions on a variety of leadership topics. The podcasts are always interesting if you are a student of humanity, as any leader should be to grow themselves. Shankar does a great job explaining the concepts and keeping your attention focused between stories and facts.
